Bicycle Counter Street Basic

Bicycle Counter Street Basic is a somewhat neater and cheaper alternative to our standard Bicycle Counter. The design has all the features of our standard Bicycle Counter or our Bicycle Pumps, yet modern in the design. Fits into all urban environments. Counting points can also be fiber optics, inductors or visualization systems.

Brief technical information.

• Power: 240VAC 50Hz 10A fuse.
• Energy consumption 400W max (double sided).
• Gathers statistics hourly in both directions. (Other statistic gathering intervals and configurations are optional).
• Outer dimensions double sided 2100x710x280 mm. Single sided 2100x710x140 mm.
• Detektortyp: Fiberoptik. (Traffic signal type loops option or visualizing system on request at additional cost.) Standard is single path detection, detectors for 2 bike paths and up can be installed at additional cost.
• Painted in customer specified colors.
• Standard Cycle Counter has a four digit display displaying daily count and 9 LED-indicators (showing count this year) front and back. A single side version with a single four digit display and LED-indicators on one side is available.
• Equipped with Wi-Fi for communication and download of statistics. 3G/4G and LAN communication is available as an option. Live update of statistics via TCP/IP on a web page is possible (requires the web page to promote this functionality).

The counter visually displays daily bicycle traffic and it also shows annual bicycle traffic. It gathers statistic information that can be used by local authorities to better understand how people use bicycles to commute. By its visibility towards the general public it turns focus on cycling and thereby further promotes bicycle commuting.

Several ways to collect and display statistic information.
Equipped with Wi-Fi for communication and download of statistics. 3G/4G and LAN communication is available as an option. Statistics can also optionally be displayed live on a municipality web site.
Can be connected to Viscando Traffic Systems for visualizing to the public data collected by Viscando Traffic Systems. Also work with system from Infracontrol.
